The Strong Tower Difference
Ask Yourself…
What do you own?
Why do you own what you own?
Do you know what you’re truly paying for your investment management and advice?
If you can’t answer these three questions, watch this video

Deer in the Headlights…...or Battle Tested?
YOUR RETIREMENT IS NO PLACE FOR ON-THE-JOB TRAINING.
When markets are climbing, confidence is easy.
But what happens when the market drops 20%?
When recession fears dominate the headlines?
When volatility spikes and your retirement suddenly feels a lot less certain?
That’s when experience gets tested.
Do you want an advisor experiencing their first major market crisis alongside you?
Or a battle-tested advisor who has helped clients navigate difficult markets before and understands the importance of staying disciplined when fear and emotion take over?
Experience can’t prevent losses.
It can’t predict the next crash.
And it certainly can’t guarantee investment results.
But there’s a difference between studying market history and having lived through it with clients depending on you.
Your retirement may represent decades of work.
Should the person helping you make decisions with it, be learning the ropes when the market gets rough?
Markets will test your retirement strategy.
Who do you want in your corner when they do?
The Last 7 Days
Stocks: U.S. equities remain near record highs, although the S&P 500 and Nasdaq are slightly lower today. Markets have been surprisingly resilient despite geopolitical uncertainty. (AP News)
Biggest risk: Iran/Hormuz: The Strait of Hormuz remains the key geopolitical issue. Negotiations continue, but Iran says reopening depends on its conditions being met. (MarketWatch)
Oil: Brent has swung around $87 - $90/barrel, roughly 13% higher than a week ago. A Hormuz deal could push oil lower; failed negotiations could send it higher. (Mint)
Inflation/Fed: Higher oil prices are increasing inflation concerns. Markets are now focused on the July CPI report, which could influence the Fed’s next move. (AP News)
Ukraine: Russia/Ukraine remains a significant geopolitical conflict, but Iran/Hormuz is currently having the greater impact on global markets through energy prices.
Bottom Line:
The biggest near-term question is whether Iran/Hormuz de-escalates. If it does, that’s potentially favorable for stocks and bonds. If it doesn’t, another oil spike could revive inflation and rate concerns.
